Mizuno Wave Rider 26 running shoes are another version of the legendary series of training shoes from the Japanese brand Mizuno. Shoes designed for running on hard surfaces, mainly in the city.
The latest version of everyday training shoes retains the style of its predecessors, but offers more comfort and safety. The most significant change is the sole, which is 2mm thicker than the previous version and made of flexible and soft Mizuno Enerzy foam.
Greater thickness of the foam under the foot means even better energy return and protection against training overload. As in previous editions, the Mizuno Wave plate additionally placed in the sole stabilizes the shoes and additionally provides a springy effect. This solution will be especially appreciated by runners who land on their heel.
Changes to the upper and laces, which come from recycling, resulted in lower CO2 consumption in the production of this model.
Additionally, the jacquard mesh is better ventilated and easily adapts to the shape of the feet.
The language has remained unchanged from its predecessors.
It adheres pleasantly to the instep, as does the well-shaped heel, creating the AeroHug system.
Inside the shoe there is a removable, profiled insole with a mesh panel underneath. This procedure reduces the weight of the shoe relative to the sole foam lining.
