UW15 HMS is a hook bar designed for training on the upper and lower lift. You can use it for a whole range of exercises for various muscle groups of the upper body, starting from small muscle groups, such as biceps and triceps, through the anterior and lateral shoulder muscles, to the widest muscles of the back and the extensor of the back.
It is made of high quality steel, which gives you the opportunity to train with a significant load. Its length and spacing of rubberized handles guarantees many grip possibilities, from very narrow to very wide.
Thanks to this, the grip will allow, during each exercise, to develop muscles at different lengths of their attachments. In the widest places, the handles are set at an angle, which when practicing pulling the bar on the upper lift favors pulling the elbows to the torso, i.e. maintaining a better exercise technique.
During training, the grip enables the engagement of alternative muscle attachments compared to exercises on a straight grip. Extreme handles set in a neutral grip favor this. In addition, they are rubberized, which ensures a secure and comfortable grip, without fear of slipping the accessory from your hands.
The UW15 HMS model will allow you to easily and symmetrically expand muscle groups.
