UW14 HMS is a bar for training on the upper and lower lift. You can use it for a whole range of exercises for various muscle groups of the upper body, starting from small muscle groups, such as biceps and triceps, through the anterior and lateral shoulder muscles, to the widest muscles and the dorsal extensor.
It is made of high quality steel, which allows training with a significant load. Its length and number of rubberized handles guarantees many grip possibilities, from very narrow to very wide. Thanks to this, the grip will allow, during each exercise, to develop muscles at different lengths of their attachments.
The extreme handles are set at an angle, which when practicing pulling the bar on the upper lift, favors pulling the elbows to the torso, i.e. maintaining the best exercise technique. The handle allows you to perform a thorough workout without fear of slipping out of your hands. This is ensured by rubberized handles, which also ensure a firm and comfortable grip.
